Revised e-forms 20B, 21A, 23AC and 23ACA effective from 28th September, 2008
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide their Notification NO: 655(E) dated 12-9-08 has revised the following four e-Forms:
. Form 20B - Form for filing annual return by a company having a share capital with the Registrar
2. Form 21A – Particulars of annual return for the company not having share capital
3. Form 23AC – Form for filing balance sheet and other documents with the Registrar
4. Form 23ACA – Form for filing Profit and Loss account and other documents with the Registrar
